Join our client's dynamic team as a Finance Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring adherence to international financial standards, offering strategic insights into portfolio performance, overseeing a team of three finance professionals, and serving as a key finance partner to their portfolio leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Compile and analyze monthly financial packages for management, providing insightful commentary on portfolio performance.
• Assist in quarterly forecasting, highlighting key changes and trends to portfolio leadership.
• Supervise and mentor a team of three international finance professionals, ensuring accuracy and process improvement.
• Navigate seamlessly through multiple currencies and jurisdictions across various platforms.
• Monitor business unit cash flows and manage vendor payments.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and handle filings for local jurisdictions.
• Develop reporting tools including dashboards and expenditure reports.
• Liaise effectively with head office and auditors during reviews and audits, providing accurate supporting documents.
• Identify and implement efficiencies in reporting processes, automating where possible.
• Undertake ad-hoc financial reporting tasks as required, providing meaningful insights and identifying key areas for improvement or risk.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting, with CPA designation.
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills for handling large datasets and presenting concise summaries.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with all levels of management.
• Proactive, analytical thinker with the ability to drive business initiatives from start to finish.
• Experience with accounting software such as Great Plains and SAP BPC is advantageous.
• Positive attitude, goal-oriented, with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
