Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a contract FP&A Specialist who’s ready to jump in and make an impact. If you have 4-5 years of experience, love working with numbers, and enjoy figuring out how data can tell a story, this role is for you. Things change fast here, so you’ll need to stay flexible and bring your A-game to improve processes and get results.

What You’ll Do:

• Use financial data to build models that help the company make smart decisions.
• Review monthly reports, pick out key insights, and share them with executives so they can act fast.
• Work with different teams across the company to plan budgets and forecast results.
• Pull data from ERP systems (SAP is a bonus) and organize it in Excel for easy analysis.
• Create advanced Excel tools to streamline reports and help solve business problems.
• Look for ways to make processes better and take action to get it done.

What You Need to Succeed:

1. FP&A Experience:
   • 4-5 years in financial planning and analysis.
   • Great at turning data into stories that make sense and drive action.
   • Strong understanding of the three financial statements and how they work together.
   • Experience creating and presenting reports to senior teams.
2. ERP System Skills:
   • Hands-on experience pulling data from ERP systems (SAP is a big plus).
3. Excel Pro Skills:
   • You’re a wizard with Excel—think formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• A CPA designation or you’re working toward it.
• Direct experience using SAP.
