Corporate & Real Estate Legal Assistant 

Our client, a prestigious law firm, conveniently located in the heart of Toronto's downtown core, is currently seeking an innovative and dynamic legal assistant to join their ranks. If you're looking to work with some of the city's best, this could be the opportunity for you! 

What you can expect to tackle during your day:
  • attending to transaction matters
  • requesting and reviewing corporate searches 
  • completing PPSA summaries
  • drafting and revising shareholder and partnership agreements
  • drafting and revising leases and non disturbance agreements 
  • performing title & off title searches
  • attending to purchase and sale agreements for commercial and residential transactions
  • managing sales and refinancing transactions from beginning to end
  • using Teraview, Conveyancer, MatterSphere, MS Office, Workshare
