- Description
We are looking for an experienced Director of FP&A to join on a short-term contract and provide immediate support. This role requires someone who can quickly step in, analyze financial performance, partner with senior leaders, and help manage a large OPEX budget. Strong SAP experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Partner with senior leaders and executives to provide financial insights and recommendations
- Support decision-making by analyzing trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to key stakeholders
- Manage an OPEX budget of over $500M, ensuring accuracy and cost control
- Provide leadership and guidance to FP&A team members
- Use SAP to pull and analyze data, manage cost centers, work orders, and project structures
- Develop financial models and dashboards to support business planning
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 10+ years of FP&A experience, with a strong focus on business partnering
- Experience working with large OPEX budgets ($500M+)
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills to communicate financial insights
- Previous experience managing a team in an FP&A function
- Proficiency with SAP, including cost center reporting, WBS structures, and work order management
Nice-to-Have Experience:
- Experience in a shared services environment
- Project management or implementation experience
